Rotaract Club of Hailakandi Green City, Zone III, RID 3240 received & felicitated Mr. Vikas Shinde from Maharashtra who is on a mission to complete 5 lakh km of riding around our country with the objective to promote 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' and 'Road Safety Measures', when he reached our district. Our club has also gifted Uttoriyo, Indian Flag and offered Petrol to the biker to support his initiatives.
